Go to your Billing page in your Switchboard Menu.

Here, you will be able to see your balance at the top of the page:

1. The balance is calculated as the difference in your “Credits” (i.e. any payment you have submitted or any Switchboard credits you have received) and your total spend.
2. For example: If you have spent $1000 on Switchboard, you received $30 in credit when you opened your account, and recently paid an invoice for $500. Your current balance would be $470.

You will also be able to see all of your invoices:

• Click the invoice number to see the invoice (with an option to download as a PDF)
• The status will tell you if the invoice has been marked as paid in our system
