This resource will help you add new members/users to your Switchboard Account and walk you through what each option means. Our Member options allows you to customize which members have access to which sections of your Switchboard Account.
How to Add New Members/Users to Switchboard:
In your Switchboard Menu, click Members.
On the right side, click Invite New Members
This will open a window on your page. Add the email(s) of the people you want to add in the box under “Email Addresses”
Select the roles for the new user(s):
Select Messaging Settings for your new user(s):
Select Inbox Settings for your new user(s):
Select Shortlink access for your new user(s):
Select your Billing access for your new user(s):
Click Send Invitation to invite your new team members!
This is at the bottom of the window, you will have to scroll down.
Note, you are only able to bulk invite people with the same role. If you want different email addresses to have different privileges you will need to add them individually.
