Go to swtch.to/reset.
Type the email you use with Switchboard and click Reset My Password.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click Reset Password
This will bring you to a new page where you can reset your password. Type in your new password and click Change Password.
Next, you will get a confirmation that your password has been reset and you can log in.
