You can integrate Switchboard with your organization’s NGPVAN accounts (Votebuilder, NGP or EveryAction) to more seamlessly reach out to donors and supporters whose contact information is stored in those accounts.

In order for your saved lists to populate in this drop down menu, you must save your desired phonelist into a shared folder in your NGPVAN account. Once you do that, you can pull lists directly from NGPVAN in your Switchboard account.

  1. This will open a new window. In the sidebar, click NGPVAN Saved List.

  2. You will see all your list options. Click the list you would like to use.

  3. Click Create and Close.

  4. This will load your list and allow you to see an estimate of how many of your numbers Switchboard will attempt to deliver, were previously opted out, or are expected to be skipped (ie. landline).

  5. If you accidentally picked the wrong list or need to change it, you can click the red “x” next to your list name to remove it.
