After you send your message, another section will appear below “Send Test Messages to Yourself or Your Team.” Go to Create a Phone List From Results.
This will show all of the phone lists you can create based on the results of the broadcast.
- Clicked: Creates a list of the people clicked the link you sent in the broadcast. This is only trackable if you link your Switchboard shortlink.
- Donation: Creates a list of contacts that donated to a link in this broadcast. This is only trackable if you have integrated your ActBlue account with Switchboard. If you have not yet linked your ActBlue and Switchboard accounts, email [email protected]
- Clicked but no Donation: Creates a list of contacts that clicked on a link in this broadcast but didn't donate. This is only trackable if you have integrated your ActBlue and Switchboard accounts. If you have not yet linked your ActBlue and Switchboard, email [email protected]
- Delivered: Creates a list of contacts for whom messages were successfully delivered in this broadcast.
- Failed to Deliver: Contacts for whom messages failed to deliver in this broadcast
Results are as of the time you create the phone list. Future clicks, donations, delivered messages, etc will not be included automatically in the list, but you can always come back to this page and make a new updated results list.
