Navigate to Phone Lists page from your Messaging Home Page.
Click New Phone List in the top right corner.
You can name your list under List Name.
Choose the result type.
- Clicked – Contacts that clicked on a link in any broadcast. (Note - you need to be using link tracking to get this data)
- Donation – Contacts that donated from a link in any broadcast.
- Clicked but no Donation – Contacts that clicked on a link in any broadcast but didn’t donate.
- Delivered – Contacts for whom messages were successfully delivered in your broadcasts.
- Failed to Deliver – Contacts for whom messages failed to deliver in your broadcasts.
- Skipped – Contacts that were skipped because the numbers were not valid phone numbers or were previously attempted and logged as a landline or unreachable.
Choose your result range to narrow the list to a timeframe. If you leave this blank, this will create a list of any contacts with this result type from all time.
Once your list is ready, click Create and Close.
