Once you navigate to Broadcasts from your Messaging Home Screen, and are in your broadcast (new or draft), find the first section Choose or Create a Phone List to Target at the top of your screen.
Click on the Create a New Phone List button.
This will open a new window. In the sidebar, select Split an Existing List.
From here, select the phone list you would like to split in the Select a Phone List drop-down.
And then type in how many smaller lists you want to create from the larger list in the Number of Smaller Lists box.
Below the box, you will see the number of contacts in each of your lists:
Click Create and Close when you are ready to create your lists.
This will load part one of your list into this broadcast. (The other parts will be saved as phone lists too and can be added to new broadcasts later.)
This will load your list and allow you to see an estimate of how many of your numbers Switchboard will attempt to deliver, were previously opted out, or are expected to be skipped (ie. landline).
