Canned responses can save you time when you are replying to messages in your inbox. It can also help you standardized responses across your organization. To set them up:
Navigate to the Canned Responses page from your Homepage.
Click Add Canned Response.
Type in your Name of your canned response and the Message Text in the new window and then click Submit.
You will then see it in your list of other canned responses where you can Edit or Delete.
